The Sharks Academy – Located at Jonsson Kings Park, The Sharks Academy offers a balanced academic and sports program, and access to world class facilities and coaching in a safe and secure environment.
"Our rugby program is headed up by a combination of professional level coaches and ex-professional players, with many years experience. The intention of our program is not only to develop better rugby players but to also teach discipline, perseverance and hard work. These are values that we feel they are able to carry in to life after sport and implement them seamlessly. The improved rugby skills are just a bonus. Alongside our rugby program we offer academic and non-academic courses that can suit the needs of all sorts of players.
Currently our rugby program is catered to school-leavers (players who have completed Matric), between the ages of 18 and 23. Our program is currently working with males only, but we are open to accepting female players who are interested in participating in our program."
